Welcome to weldcast: the filmmakers series. This is a new podcast presented by the weld art collective and hosted by R. Edwin Barnett.

Acclaimed Canadian Director Guy Maddin is in Montreal working on the current installment of his SEANCES series: part installation piece and part performance art, Maddin will be “resurrecting” 12 lost films from the silent era over 13 shooting days using local actors before a live studio audience.
