Stephanie has united her love for the arts — painting, sculpture, and photography — with animation and design in her independent stop motion film work. Her award–winning first short film, Little Theatres: Homage to the Mineral of Cabbage, is based on a poem about cabbage by Erin Moure. The film had its World Premiere at Annecy Animation Festival in 2011, and its North American Premiere at Tiff, as part of the Short Cuts Canada Programme.
